Sublimation is a method of preserving the nutritional and beneficial properties of products.
Sublimation

increases by 10 times.

without the addition of preservatives, chemical stabilizers and other common ones
technologies of food preservation.
Note! Drying (dehydration) and sublimation (lyophilization) are not the same thing! Classic drying — a simple process of drying at high temperatures, which changes the color of the product, leaves 20% water, depletes part of nutrients and vitamins. Lyophilization, or freeze drying is drying under high vacuum under low conditions temperatures, which retains only 1% of water, as well as the shape, taste, color of the product, all proteins, minerals, vitamins.
