Dropshipping - terms of cooperation

We invite partners to cooperate (online stores and sellers in social networks) to work according to the scheme "dropshipping".

Dropshipping is the sale of goods for your wholesale price from 1 pc. with sending the order immediately to the client. For such cooperation scheme, direct supply of goods from the supplier is carried out to the buyer, for which the seller (dropshipper) does not keep the goods in his warehouse.

Terms of operation for dropshipping

Also based on your wishes the upload of product data is being configured, if desired, it must be provided to the manager necessary information. You always have up-to-date information about availability and the actual product balance in the warehouse, the current RTC price and quality photos of the products.

Shipping and delivery of orders carried out by the Nova Poshta carrier throughout the territory of Ukraine. Cost delivery - according to the carrier's tariffs.

Conditions'necessary partnership terms:

·         The drop partner must be registered on the site and place an order through the site's shopping cart, being authorized in your own personal account;

·         Sale prices must be set from price lists of the retail price type (RRC) (the price of the RRC in the export file of goods for default);

·         The amount of the minimum turnover for a drop partner is not less than UAH 1,000 per month;

·         Droppartner is allowed to place products on own sites and marketplaces;

·         Return of products is carried out at the expense end buyer or drop partner;

·         Bank commission percentage for transferring the difference from the price of the drop partner and the amount of the sale to the final buyer depends on drop partner.

Ordering procedure

1. The buyer places an order for you (prepaid or postpaid).

2. You create an order with us on site, specifying the necessary information and contact details of the client in the comments.

3. Our manager processes orders and confirms it with you.

4. We collect and ship yours order, we send to the client TTN.

5. Buyer pays and receives order.

6. We receive payment from the buyer and settles with you during the established period of partner payments.

Shipping Payment

Delivery of goods is paid by the buyer. If the item is not delivered, it is returned to our return address that was specified when creating TTN.

If the customer after receiving the order wants it It is possible to return the product if it has not been used and is still in its original condition processing a return request. To process a return, you need to fill out a form “Product return” on our website at the link ledova.com.ua/add-return
