Information about the delivery
We send all over Ukraine. (except for places where postal service is temporarily unavailable)
Shipments are made on the next working day after receiving the order or payment (depending on the selected type of delivery and payment).
The minimum order amount on the website is 199 UAH
Delivery options:
• Nova Poshta. Paid delivery according to the carrier's tariffs; Delivery by Nova Poshta is carried out in a working branch, cash on delivery is possible.
• Ukrposhta. Paid delivery according to the carrier's tariffs; Delivery by Nova Poshta is carried out in a working branch, cash on delivery is possible.• Pickup from the warehouse in Chornomorsk.
The cost of delivery depends on the weight/volume and insurance amount of the parcel, and is calculated according to the tariffs of the carrier you have chosen. The product is valued at the minimum value under the condition of 100% prepayment to a card or current account, in case of post-payment - it is insured for the full value of the order.
After sending the order, the number of the consignment note (TTN) will be sent as an SMS message the day after the order is sent.
Please note: The post office charges an additional fee for storing parcels for 5 days. Free storage of the order at the carrier's warehouse for up to 5 days. Parcels are automatically withdrawn after 5 days of storage in the warehouse of the courier service.
